Hi all

We are currently switching over from another provider & testing out our system before we go live.

I have set up a ring group for our team in a round robin sequence but struggling to find a way to disable missed calls from the ring group.

If 5 of the group are online and the 5th in line for the round robin answers the call, 4 of the team will receive missed call notifications & may not know the 5th member has answered & dealt with the customer & might result in 4 team members phoning the same customer back plus it leaves the call register looking very messy.

Any help on what we can do in the settings would be much appreciated, we have tried turning off missed call notifications in the advanced settings of the work app but the missed calls still show in the call register.
