 Ring Group Incoming Calls and Call History

We have individual lines that ring to us and we're part of a ring group as well. The problem is that we don't get an indication if the incoming call is to the ring group or to our individual line. Also, in call history there is no indication that the call was for the ring group or for our individual line. Is there a way to change this? 

We'd like an incoming call to display specifically that it's destined for the ring group. Likewise in call history an indication stating that it was a ring group call. Let me know if anyone has a recommendation on this.

Hi Steve, thank you for your question and for contributing to the 8x8 Community.  You should be able to change the setting by following this article and setting the ring group to display the ring group name.

Just a note, if you are using 8x8 Voice for Teams, last time i tested it, the ring group settings Alison mentioned don't take effect they way they do in 8x8 work.

I do use 8x8 with Teams and you're right Jonathan, this setting does not work. The setting I want is Ring Group Name and Callers number, but all that comes across is Caller's Name and Number. All the other settings below work fine except the one I really need. Any ideas?

If I understand correctly,  the RG Name and Caller Number is the only option that does not work with your current 
setup.
To be sure, this was tested internally (screenshots attached) and the result was successful.
I believe the best next course of action is to have support look into this for you and help resolve this.
