1. Looking to find out more regarding the questions within a form, are you able to flag individual questions that have been answered NO, which in turn breaches compliance procedures.
For example a question regarding data protection, did the user ask the security questions, if they answer NO, and the evaluation is saved, is there a way of finding these saved evaluated interactions.
2. Is there a way of getting an average score for a number of evaluations? for example a user has been evaluated on 4 calls and would like an average score to be generated for the 4 calls combined.
3. Are you able to generate a high level report to show with just one line how many evaluations have been completed and an average overall. For example Domestic team evaluated 150 interactions this month and with an average of 76.8%
