 Presence not updating.

Looking to get some suggestions on why the presence sometimes does not update.

Using the 8x8 work desktop app for windows version 8.12.2. After a meeting is over or a call is finished, the presence will remain "in a meeting" and not return to "Available" until it is manually set to Available. Is there anything I can look at?

Hi, Eric. What surprisingly worked for us was 8x8's suggestion to the equivalent of a reboot: completely removing and reinstalling 8x8 Work. They provided this document, although we admittedly sometimes skipped Step 5. Be certain to completely exit all 8x8 processes prior to beginning; sometimes those hang around even after 8x8 Work is closed. Needless to say, YMMV.

Not that this helps but it's buggy for us too using work.8x8.com.
