Phone call recording to summary paragraph

I'm looking to get our end users using 8x8 Work a phone recording on their client installations to ultimately get a summary text paragraph to be saved into a CRM system. I'm trying to see how far 8x8 Work can get us there. While transcription is not necessary, I'm wondering if that would be the closest 8x8 would get us and to copy and paste that script into, let's say, copilot to summarize it into x number of characters. With that all being said, does 8x8 allow the client to record messages on the client side and transcribe it? Not on the admin/server side, namely on the client side. I've been researching online and seeing some screenshots and comments but haven't been able to find definitive answers. Thanks.

EDIT: It looks like there is no method to reply in a question thread as I can't find a reply button.

Yes, there would be a demand for summarization from the client 8x8 work interface.

As for the latter question, is there a way to get a transcription from the client 8x8 work interface by the user? Not admin console/server side. So for example, a cs rep finishes a call and the recording provides a transcript summary in text to the user on the client 8x8 work interface.

Hi Darren,

8x8 is hard at work to complete and release Interaction Summarization for Supervisor Workspace (Virtual Contact Center). Summarization is close to its release stages, but we do not have a definite GA date for the moment. While this feature is not currently in development for 8x8 work, our product team may look into adding it based on various internal and external outputs, such as customer demand.

Regarding your latter question, please give us more context for a complete answer. Please include as many details as possible to depict the real-life scenario where this would be used. I'll be happy to get back to you with an answer.
