 o How much space will an average week's worth of recordings take?

We are looking to start recording calls for all employees about 170 phone lines.  First we need to know how long they will be saved in the cloud and how far back we will be able to pull a call if needs be? Also as a follow up question if it does not save it as long as we might need to save them.  I need to know an easy way to download them in bulk so we can store them locally and about how much space a week or a month worth of calls typically take up storage space wise.

There is an option to bulk download from Admin Console.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to provide details on how much space your calls would take, that depends on the number of calls and their length.
