Hello,

My SMB is consolidating vendors to cut costs.  While we are happy with the services that 8x8 has been providing, we are consolidating our land lines and mobile lines.  I need to port out our owner's line to a mobile carrier but cannot find the required account number nor PIN.  Based on the documentation that I have read and conversation threads here, it appears that a case will need to be opened which I don't have access to as an Express customer.  Please advise and assist.  346 area code number with last digit being (0) for Houston, TX.
