 My Recordings - Agent VCC

Hi all,

Quick question, is it possible to upload recordings into the agent's VCC my recordings? We want all agents to play the same recording whilst on the phone for compliance purposes. I can't see a way to do this in the portal, is it possible via API? The only way I can see it being done is if each user records the message themselves however this will be hard for 50 agents plus we would like it to be the same across the business.

thank you for raising this topic. 
Unfortunately the product would not allow you to upload recordings into the agent`s VCC my recordings.
We appreciate that this is important to you, and as such, we raised this as a Product Feature Request for the product team to analyze.
Like any other Product Feature Request, this will undergo a specific process to determine the next steps or overall feasibility and applicability.
