 Loading Analytics dashboard on a TV

Hi all,

We are currently trying to get our wallboard dashboards from analytics up on our TV's. 

While attempting to input the wallboard shareable link into the smart TV's Safari app, and also attempting to load it on a very old Raspberry PI box (that neither of us particularly know how to use) the same thing happens with both. 

The URL loads, and just shows a dark screen with no widgets or details showing. 

I can't understand why - other websites load so we know it isn't a network issue. 

Is it a permission/certificate issue? Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this - we'd be very grateful!

Does the wallboard work from another computer?

It's possible that the TV doesn't support whatever 8x is using to display the widgets. Can you download another browser? Alternatively, you can get an old PC and export the display to the TV (HMDI etc) and display the wallboard that way.
