 Individual SLA

Could anyone advise me on which reports I could build to tell me an individual agent's SLA% on a daily basis and not just the SLA% for the queue?

Hi Amye,

Go to:

1. Analytics module
2. Select the settings cog in the top right of the screen (near your initials)
3. Select thresholds
4. Select new set
5. Select agents set (you can also do this for queues external to configuration manager)
6. Select new threshold (top right)
7. You can then set up a custom threshold (see screenshot).
