 Fortnightly Team Meetings included in IVR Script

Hi 

I am wondering what the process would be for a new team in 8x8 to have a fortnightly recurrence of a team meeting to tie in with their ivr call script?

The ask:
Calls must not be put into the queues during the following team meetings: Every other Thursday, 1130-1230

Fortnightly isn't possible to schedule automatically, except for adding every specific date and time in as an exception. 

You may have more success setting up a flow in the script to process calls a certain way (play a message) if no agents are logged in and then ask the agents to log out during their team meetings.
