 Caller Info Pop-Up not working internally

Hi,

I've recently set up the Caller Info Pop-up feature in 8x8 Work for Desktop to test how it works with our new ticketing system.
When we receive a call to our 8x8 number from an external number, the new window opens up and allows us to create a ticket from the call perfectly.

When we receive a call to our 8x8 number from an internal number, however, the window doesn't pop up. 
I suspected it might happen the other way around, but it is even more confusing to me that internal callers from our organisation are not triggering the URL to open up.

Anyone got any ideas on why this might be?
