 Call Details Reports are now limited?

Hello,

We typically export 2 weeks at a time of call detail records for offline processing. Now, it has changed to only 15k records max export (like 2-3 days). Is there a way around this?

Hi Kevin, thank you for your question. The only workaround would be to download in shorter time periods eg every two days. If you would like further help we can raise a case with our Analytics team, please let me know if you would like me to do that.

Thanks for the answer. I realize this is a workaround--but any info why this was changed?

Hi Kevin. This issue was caused by an Elastic Search upgrade, which temporarily affected case-insensitive searches for CDRs. The good news is that a fix for this was released on October 1st.
