Has anyone had any issues with the 8x8 App no longer working while using Apple Carplay?
I used to be able to answer a call from the 8x8 app using Apple Carplay while I was driving, but now when I try to, I can't hear anything on the other end of the call and the caller can't hear me either. I've even tried switching the call from the CarPlay system straight to the phone, but I still have the same issue.
To troubleshoot, I've deleted the app, and it's data and then reinstalled the app but I'm still having the same issue.
Any thoughts?
