I'm trying to replicate a feature that is common on Avaya Partner and IPO. The feature allows user A to initiate a page announcement which plays over the set speakers of any idle Poly phone in the page group. Been getting these lately for my admin account. I'd never seen these before. They're intermittent and don't seem to be related to cookies (at least I don't think so). hi Amye, If you're referring to the Contact Center (aka: VCC), then maybe you're thinking of this icon? Otherwise, Ben Fischer's suggestion about the use of top-level schedules is a best practice as was also taught to me by the 8x8 master of VCC. Myself (or possibly Ben) could elaborate more. ...

As Mike pointed out, you can do the phone#@carrierDomain trick, but not sure if that's still working. I've been doing some testing and they VM notifications to 5552128900@vtext.com (fake ph # obviously) are not going through.
