An 8x8 customer, an 8x8 partner, and 8x8 reseller.... Since 2012
What happened to that Packet 8 company that turned into a dynamic 8x8 VoIP communication company that has sales engineers answering the phones? What happened to my first sales rep in 2012 was speaking to me about patents, PACKETS, SIP security and the pro's and cons of different equipment?
This no longer exists. I have spent 3 weeks trying to get a single North American based rep on the phone, whose primary language is English..... it seems it no longer exists?
We manage close to 1,000 extensions... and there is not one 8x8 rep, support etc. with 8x8 that has been able to direct me to someone who is based in North America and primarily speaks English.
I have yet to speak with someone who can "Sell" or even "Banter" successfully regarding 8x8's offerings or services.
Is it just me? What happened to being able to call a human and have a conversation about a new clients VoIP needs and what can we collaborate on together to sell this mutual customer something amazing.
Its always been up and down service wise.... But in 2-4 years, 8x8 sales team has entirely diminished to a value of near zero. Its a toos up of who is better, speaking with the horrible Ai chat bot, or a human that can literally offer nothing past what the limited Ai chat bot can offer.
8x8 Leadership has failed and should be absolutely ashamed.
Prove me wrong 8x8, reply to this thread, deliver me a solution. Do you actually employ any humans capable of helping me with a sale? AND primarily speak English?
