We are trying to work with a 3rd party on leveraging their Screen Pop into the Contact Center. For a custom screen pop you can specify a URL for the 3rd party. Our 3rd party wants us to specify the callers number (ANI) and callers name into that URL but I can't find any variables to use to supply that information? Does anybody know if there are any variable available to this integration? I realize the URL will send a POST with a bunch of data in it including the needed information but our 3rd party isn't willing to consume the data (which is also frustrating).
