We are also experiencing this issue intermittently. Was a cause ever identified for @Dan Sigmund @Dan Sigmund ? And if so, what was the resolution, if any?
Also @Alison Stewart, it would help if root causes and resolutions were shared openly on these community forums. That transparency would greatly benefit customers and expedite their troubleshooting. Looking through several posts, I see that 8x8 responses are often to the effect of "Open a ticket." or "8x8 support will be in touch with you." which doesn't offer much value to others who come to these forums seeking useful information. Not trying to bash; just offering a suggestion.

I am unable to login to my account via web or app. It keeps saying Something Went Wrong, Contact your administrator. I tried to create a ticket, but got a Cloudfare warning that 8x8 sso is off line.
Anyone else experiencing this?? It is time to jump ship?
