Hello, I have had a request to create a timesheet of start times, breaks, and lunches from an 8x8 system.
As all the data is held in 8x8 is there a way to see a history of my logins and break times etc easily without having to note them down myself separately into excel or similar?Its seems that's the point of 8x8 but yet we are being asked to do it separately.

Can anyone help?

There's an agent status change report.

I presume you mean for an overall view, but can individual agents get their own status change report?

Yeah you can set a filter for the agent.   I have one scheduled for each agent we have.
