Hello, I am researching whether its possible to integrate 8x8  &  Zoho at a point where I can send SMS messages to my clients from our Zoho Account/ contacts platform, utilizing out 8x8 phone numbers.

We have API capabilities for SMS (we are a CPaaS company) after all, but it would depend on how Zoho works.  Do you want an SE to reach out to you?  Since you would be sending SMS from your CRM system, this would not be free.
