Hello,

I'm working on a school intercom system "Rauland TelecenterU", trying to get calls to be routed to Voip phones using Brekeke PBC Pro as a middleware.

Reviewing this article helped me get the Inbound calls working from Voip Phone to classroom speakers. "Use the account username in the Registration URI instead of phone number extension". However, I am still stuck on calls being placed from a classroom call button sent to a 8x8 Voip phone. It's giving me a 407 authentication error. I'm not sure on the syntax needed to send the username/pass through Brekeke to 8x8, I thought since the ARS profile was already registered successfully it would use that.

Any general guidance would be appreciated.



In this screenshot i removed the $pbx.out on the deploy pattern on the "new test" rule. Just to see what would happen if it didn't get sent through the ARS portion.

From the error message you are receiving 407 (Authentication Error) this originates from incorrect 3rd party credentials used.

From the screenshot attached, we can see the User must be the GUN SIP (Most likely); however, the Password appears to be 5 characters long, which may not be the correct one, judging from the error message received

I'd recommend ensuring the User and Password are correct, as the Authentication Failure pinpoints this as the culprit.
