I feel like there is a lot of work being done on other applications amongst 8x8 except for the QMSA application, I feel like there could be so many more features included to make this less clunky or easier for all to use but I feel it is so limited.
For example-
- Reports, conditional formatting on reports being able to be saved for all future reports such as 100% to stay green, between 85-90% to stay blue.
- Customisable advisor/supervisor dashboards
- More options for the scores/ratings on templates : emoji's/colour coding
- Evaluations to look less clunky, borders, user friendly, collapsible 'coaching hints' sections, option to Download as a PDF
- Built in gamification
- Notifications to Supervisor once an evaluation for their agent has been completed
- Ability to pre-load scorecard based on the interaction type you are looking at - Email to preload our Email evaluation, call to preload Call evaluation etc
- Easier to build into a Power Bi dashboard
I'm looking at re-developing our companies Quality Assurance but feel like I have to limit this and scale back due to the systems capabilities.
When looking through threads on here, I feel like maybe I'm the only person that feels this way or are we all accepting it's just the way it is?
There are things I do like about this system by the way compared to our previous supplier!
