We have uploaded custom on-hold music that we thought would work for calls that are placed on hold within the contact center, however our uploaded files are not playing. This is the case for outbound calls or inbound calls accepted through the contact center.
However, If I place a caller on hold within the 8x8 work app, our uploaded hold music does play.
How do I change the contact center hold music to play our custom uploaded audio file?
