  • 1.  No Customer Support or Billing Team in UK

    Case ID C4345453
    I have raised a concern before sometime regarding the lack of service in terms of payment and billing from 8X8 support/Billing team. 

    Seems 8X8 do not have a billing team in UK and the Billing team in US is not aware about it. 

    I am contacting Customer support on 02070966060 (Displayed on Google as 8X8 Customer support UK) I try to connect to option 1(Customer support) Explain to them the query then the transfer me to Billing team, every time I get transferred to Billing team nobody answers for a very long time then someone from US Billing team answers the call tells me that they are from US Billing team and they have nothing to do with my case. 

    So I restart the same process again have been successful in doing just this since 08am this morning, expecting some refund or compensation was not in my Mind till now but now I feel I would have to demand it. 

    Or will have to report it further.

    Hi Jay

    Your Account Manager and the Manager of the area are dealing with your case.  Your issue will be dealt with you personally through your case and Account Manager.
