  • 1.  Manage Sessions Error - any thoughts?

    Hi all,

    I was just wondering whether anyone had seen this error message before, and whether they had a fix to get the user back up and running again.

    When the user clicks on Log in again it takes them back to the log in screen, and after log in, the pop-up quickly happens again.
    Steps to try to resolve are:
    • Rebooted machine.
    • Logged user out via monitoring page
    • Cleared cache
    • Tried a different browser
    • Checked that they haven't accidently logged into another machine
    • Changed their DDI

    All to no avail. We've had 8x8 for around ten weeks now and we've not see this error before.

    Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated!

    Hi Nick,

    Do your agents use single sign on for login?

    Do they use a CRM interface, such as Salesforce to access 8x8 Agent Workspace?
