Posting here out of desperation...
I'm trying to log into my admin console and cannot - the 8x8 entry is no longer in my MFA app. I'm not sure how I deleted it, but that's on me.
However:
I cannot log in without MFA.
"Otto" will not transfer me to a support agent because it says my email address is not connected to an account (not true - the login webpage sent me my linked email address).
Calling support directs me to the webpage to talk to Otto.
Calling customer service, won't talk to me unless I supply the "account passphrase," which I don't believe I ever was asked to set up.
I've been very happy with 8x8 service for the past 4 years, but this is unacceptable.
