    Our agents in North America are facing issues where they try to answer a call and it's automatically setting them to working offline.
    Anyone else seeing the same issues?

    Good morning Jonathan,

    My name is Devin and I work with the Billing Team. We had some agents face a similar issue. The issue is currently being investigated, you can try having the agents close the browser, clear cache and cookies, and see if that fixes the issue. I believe an email was sent out regarding the issue, please keep an eye out for any other emails regarding updates.
