It seems like I remember that work.8x8 was going to be integrated into the contact center so agents don't need both screens open. Is this happening?
They have said previously to us too, given all the enhancements coming out of late... hopefully it'll be soon!

Thanks for posting the question here. A colleague of mine in CC Product Management is currently working on this and I believe that the target date for this to be released is sometime in July or August - so not too much longer to wait (and we appreciate your patience!).
