  • 1.  I can't access 8x8 shopping cart to add new license/user

    Please help! Every time I try to add a new user I'm directed to an error message that states "We can't log you in because of an authentication error" but I'm already logged into my account. What can I do?

    Can you send me your contact information directly, I want to have one of back-office people also reach out to understand the issue and see if there is a system issue to fix?  There are over 20 Susan Ford's in our system, so I don't know which one is you :)
