I'm trying to do a partial cancellation of our unassigned licenses, including numbers we aren't using. I filled out a ticket last week. I have tried to connect with support via Otto/chat and it just never loads. I can't find a phone number to call. I know that they are going to continue charging for these licenses we aren't using until the next pay period, but the fact that I can't get ahold of anyone to cancel them means that date just keeps getting pushed out. I shouldn't have to pay for something I'm not using and actively trying to cancel. Case # is C5780390. Does anyone have a secret, special way to get into a conversation with a real person from 8x8? 

Hi @INFO LM!  I see that your case is assigned to a cancellation specialist.  I have messaged them and I hope you get a response soon!  I'll follow up soon to see that you've gotten everything straightened out.

Filing a cancellation case is the proper way to do it.  Normally, there doesn't need to be any action from you once a case is filed.  I will follow up to ensure that this is the case.

Thank you Mattics for reaching out to them. They finally replied with a confirmation for some of the licenses I want to cancel. They left out 2 that I also want to cancel, so I sent a reply in the comment section to verify that those will also be cancelled. Thank you again for your help in getting me connected to the right people. I appreciate it!
