  • 1.  How do I enable a member of staff to answer the phone?

    Hi,

    I'm hiring a VA but I'm not sure on how to let her answer incoming calls for me. I have added her as a user but I would like to keep the phone number the same. How do I proceed?

    Could make a ring group. That way, her phone will ring whenever your phone does
