I would second the request - though we have this in our WFM solution it would be better on this dashboard
My workaround to provide something similar (trying to achieve the same result anyway) is a series of charts breaking the day up into chunks... Before 10AM, before midday and daily so we can check each chart at that time of day - You could put hourly charts in but it would be even more messy!

Hey everyone,
Does anyone have any dashboard success for contact center to see an hour by hour totals for queues? We'd like to be able to quickly see on the dashboards the trends for the day as they go. Something like a chart where X axis has hour by hour of the day and the Y axis has # of interactions. Then be able to apply the queues to the chart so it can track how many of lets just say n is the variable and n could be # of abandons or # of accepted.
