    We have had loads of issues trying to get wireless headsets to work on the mac. We bought Polycom 4310UC wireless headsets. They seem to have an issue stabilising at the beginning of the call and large gaps where you cannot hear anything. The same headsets work fine if plugged in via a handset. All on latest firmware and version of Mac OS and App. It sounds like people have been fine on Windows with these. 

    I tried my AirPods too but had a similar issue. 

    Has anyone else had an issue or found a headset that works?

    It is driving us crazy!

    Any help would be gratefully received!

    Hi James,
    Sorry to hear you are having these difficulties.
    To respond, 8x8 Work works with any standard headset for basic audio operations, but please note that the quality of the sound will vary greatly depending on many factors such as CPU usage & connection type (wired, Bluetooth, adapter). 
     
    This said, please check out this link for compatible devices, I have checked on your behalf and could not locate the headsets you mentioned.(https://compatibility.plantronics.com/softphone)
     
    I would also encourage you to try raising a support ticket for further help here.
