Thanks for the response, if you look at the below image we have changed that section. But we linked the Chat script to the social media script to give customers multiple choice questions, before being passed to an engineer. You can see on the screenshot it just says "Bot" when its asking the questions to the customers:

thank you for sending the pictures; that helps clarify your question better.

Currently, the name "Bot" is generic and cannot be adjusted; a product enhancement request is on the roadmap to allow further name customization.

An ETA is not available for when this will be GA.
