Open Forum

Im working through an issue (you can find my other thread) and have been given some advice. But I cant reply to others in the very thread I created. Is this by design and if so why?

This forum has two ways you can start a thread, either as a question you require an answer to or an open-ended discussion.  On this occasion as you set the focus of the thread to question and answer you can't respond to specific answers.  We really appreciate you contributing to the 8x8 Community and suggest you use open-ended discussion next time if you want to reply.
