Hi Michael & Thank you for posting exactly this "opportunity!"
Our company has asked for inbound only call recording in 8x8 Work (non-contact center). For legal purposes, our company does not want to record outbound calls because of two party notification laws.
I have asked 8x8 multiple times to accommodate this feature (there is a competing cloud solution that does offer this feature) - but have not had any luck from 8x8.
Perhaps our voices will get through on this thread to the proper people at 8x8 to make this happen?
