Is anyone experiencing a number of call quality issues that seem to resolve for about a week and then come back? In the past 3 months we have had various issues from delayed calling out when pressing the keys on the desk phone, to calls cutting in and out, and now dropped calls. We have made network changes, verified we are on the latest firmware, ran the 8x8 network scan to help identify the cause and we don't seem to be getting anywhere. We switched to this phone system because our last one was administratively challenging, but I'm starting to feel as though we should have stayed with the other product. If anyone has experienced these issues and has ideas for us to try, please let me know.
