Hello,

I am setting up Auto-attendant and want to have our Company Directory to play. Is there a way to auto-populate that information? Because if I type out our entire company in the text-to-speech box, it wont allow it due to the character limitations. At the moment we have option 4 be our "Company Directory", it then gives a message about pressing 1, 2 or 3 in order to skip through the directory but once that message ends, it just re-plays our main auto-attendant message. I also don't want to record a message because if we do then we'll have to re-record that same message every time an employee leaves and the directory changes. Is there a way to have it play our directory automatically? Any help would be great!

Hi Ozzy

Ideally, you would need to set up a recording for each user which states their first and last name. This will then play when customer selects the "Company Directory" option within their Auto Attendant
