    Symptoms include:

    • "apps.8x8.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 503"
    • Slow loading/might not fully load
    • Missing application icons (such as no configuration manager for VCC)

    Anyone else seeing the same?
    Currently trying to measure the scope of impact to us, e.g. if it's just regional, or global.

    Yes, same problem but the 8x8 status page says no issues . . . very frustrating.

    Same issues here.  Users cannot login to contact center.  Users with the 8x8 Work app cannot change their availability (little things like that). I contacted support and was told they know about the issues and engineers are working on it.

    From looking at status page:  Status page hosting with StatusCast it looks like the issue is with SSO.

    Looks like it's back up and running again.
    Hopefully an RFO is published quickly.
