  • 1.  Analytics for Contact Center includes deleted Agents. Can they be hidden?

    When filtering by Agent in Analytics for Contact Center reports, our deleted Agents outnumber active Agents.

    Is there an option to hide deleted Agents somewhere? Nothing appears visually obvious in the menus or options.

    Keeping names in the system of people that have been deleted and are no longer working for the company is against GDPR in the UK. It is illegal to hold personal data after a certain period of time and particularly those who are no longer employed with you. I also have to wade through banks of previous employees. Once they have been deleted by the admin controls they should be completely removed from the whole system and we shouldnt have to deactivate them first before deleting. 8x8 need to sort this out quickly.
