The most frustrating thing about Technical support of 8X8 is they all have someone on top of them and there is simply no one to take ownership of the issue or put in some extra effort to even check for a potential solution. 

Unable to navigate through a simple IVR as it does not take command when we press number and the issue is since a month now. 

Hi Jay,  I am sorry this issue has not been resolved for you yet.  Your case is currently with the engineering team, who are investigating with the carrier.  The engineer will update you on the progress as soon as possible.
