Hi, I am having no end of issues using the 8x8 work app. Call quality is really poor, sometimes delays on audio at the beginning of a call, call dropping out mid call, delay on the line and more. It seems to be even worse if you include any for of wireless headset, tried a few now bit no one can tell me any one that will work in the Mac OS. They say stuff that works natively should work, yet I have the same problem with AirPods. (As well as commercial headsets). We have had the lines for a couple of months now and had no end of issues. 

Support seems slow and not massively helpful. Will anyone try and reach out and make this better? Has anyone in the forum used a similar setup? I have tried so much.

Hi James, we're sorry you are having issues with your 8x8 service.  Could you message me with your account details to ensure we raise the issue with support under the correct account as I have been unable to find any support cases relating to this issue.  Once we have those, our support team will assist you.
