    We have been getting disconnected from server and not able to log back in from different places on and off our vpn for two days now. I opened a case yesterday and heard that they contacted me after hours and now today we lost connection and can't login and I have been on hold for 40 minutes and still nothing from support!
    Anyone else having issues in the US like this?

    Hi @Greg Morgan. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with logging in and the difficulty you've had getting in touch with Support. I do see it looks like they have continued to try and reach out, so I am hopeful you will be able to connect and get direct help soon.

    While you try to get support something you can do is totally uninstall 8x8, download the newest version and retry that. Support had us update anyone who complained. Our problems started Monday.

    I'd suggest uninstall and reinstall the newest application. Support has us checking versions yesterday.
