Thanks for posting this question. Best resource to get more information is the Analytics for 8x8 Work Guide. 

From the stats pulled, it appears to be the company summary but without seeing the full picture, it’s hard to say what exactly those numbers mean. 

One thing is certain, your phone system is pretty active over a years time.

Assuming you are looking at Analytics for 8x8 work in VO.

From My analysis, 
Total Inbound = Inbound Answered + Inbound Missed + Inbound Abandoned
Total Answered = Inbound Answered + Outbound Answered + Ext to Ext Answered
Total Missed = Inbound Missed + Ext to Ext Missed + Total Outbound Abandoned
Total Abandoned = Inbound Abandoned + Outbound Abandoned + Ext to Ext Abandoned.
Not sure why within Total Missed they add in Outbound Abandoned???
I'd like to find the actual calculations from 8x8. This is my 1st year with 8x8, and I'm sure I'm on the hook for annual reports as well.
