We have not heard from our rep for almost 2 months. We were actually waiting for some information from him. I tried emailing, calling, and scheduling a meeting but met a dead end. I searched for him on LinkedIn and, surprise surprise, he is no longer at 8x8.

The 8x8 chat feature is not helpful - the live chat rep gave me the phone number for the sales department. I called and waited half an hour to speak with the sales department but ended up just leaving a voicemail. 

How do we get a hold of someone when our sales rep is no longer around?
