All,
Is 8x8 capable of setting up time zone detection when making outbound calls on the dialer?
If I am loading up thousands of records I need to make sure 8x8 does not call records before the allotted time set to make those calls.
In other words, I am on the East Coast and we start dialing at 9:00 am, I need to make sure no outbound calls are being made before the local CST, MST, or PST.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
