Hi Ben, unfortunately, there isn't a definitive answer on how long call logs are kept. It will depend on how many calls you make; the more calls, the quicker the overwrite will be. Carriers require all call samples to be within the last 24 hours. Sorry I can't provide an exact answer, but I hope that helps.

We get SO MANY call quality calls. Most of the time when we log an issue, the 8x8 engineer cannot help as they only keep the logs for 3-5 days apparently, and by the time the problem calls to get them, the logs don't exist anymore. Otherwise it's always an issue on our side... somewhere.
