Thank you but that isn't what we are looking for although I can see where it would be useful. I opened a ticket with support and they indicated what we want is not possible natively and we would have to engage professional services.

I am going to log a feature request to have this set at the company level, it seems silly that my 200 agents need to all add the recording individually to be able to access it.

On our old phone system, we used Virtual Hold to make outbound calls to notify/remind people of certain things. We were able to upload phone numbers and make calls with recorded messages. There was no agent interaction, it was all done with recorded messages.
Is this possible with 8x8? If so, has anyone done this with 8x8 that can give me some tips? I started playing around with it but am not impressed with the documentation I have found so far.
Any help would be appreciated.
