  • 1.  New user goes immediately to offline

    Unless my user is sabotaging himself...I'm not sure why his account goes straight to offline. I've uninstalled/re-installed his client, and it acts the same way. Any ideas on where to look would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Are you referring to the user's status in 8x8 Work or in another app?

    Hi Chris,

    Is the user hidden from the contact directory? If so, this article may help. If not, I recommend creating a case with 8x8 Support so that they can investigate further.

    I did escalate this to Support. They fixed it by going behind the scenes and making magic happen.
    This issue can be considered closed.
