  • 1.  How to configure the delay before a "no answer" transfer

    I managed to set it up, but I can no longer find where to configure "no answer" transfers. 

    At present, when a call comes in, in it rings pretty quickly on my Windows app, but if I'm away from my desk there's a substantial delay before the Android app rings, and there's usually not enough time to answer it before it's transferred the call.

    Hi Thomas,

    Is this for a Ring Group or for an individual user? Ring Group transfer time instructions can be found in our knowledge base here. Individual call forwarding setting instructions can be found here. These are both done in Admin Console, either by editing the Ring Group or the individual user's settings.
